Little introduction
About me
I am currently studying at Ahuntsic College, where I have been studying in Youth and Adult Correctional Intervention for the past two years. This program prepares me for a career in law enforcement, criminal justice or related fields. Throughout my studies, I will take courses such as Victimology, Criminal Law, Psychology and Juvenile Delinquency. This program also offers the possibility of an internship in Paris, Senegal and Quebec, which provides valuable practical experience in this field. Also, there is some competition to get into related university programs, which I am diligently preparing for by trying to bring up my "Cote-R".
About this blog
My blog will mainly focus on topics related to my criminology studies and my passion for justice. It will cover various aspects of criminology and insights into career opportunities in the field. This blog will be of interest to people like me who are pursuing a career in criminology, as well as future employers who may be interested in my knowledge and dedication to the field. I intend to write a mixture of posts, including glossaries where we can find the meaning and the pronunciation of difficult terms related to this career. To ensure the quality of my writing, I will use grammar-checking tools such as the Virtual Writing Tutor and seek advice from my peers or teachers. Readers can also help me correct any errors or omissions by providing feedback in the comments' section.
